In 2021, amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, I seized the opportunity to take over the family business, Xtreme iScream, selling soft serve ice-cream. With my regular employment disrupted, I saw the potential to generate income and revitalise the business. After a relaunch in October 2021, I implemented innovative ideas and strategies, including establishing a robust online and social media presence. Through dedication and perseverance, I successfully steered the business forward, expanding its reach and customer base. With unwavering support from my parents, Xtreme iScream has thrived under my leadership, becoming a beloved destination for delicious treats and memorable experiences.
